Delete your Prior account

You can delete your Prior account and its data at any time, from any device, without contacting us.

From the app

Open Prior (web app, desktop or Android) and sign in.
Go to Settings → Profile & account.
Optional: choose Export my data to download a copy first.
In Danger zone, choose Delete my account, type your email address and your password (Google accounts: sign in again first), then confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently: your tasks, habits, notes and attachments, assistant chats, settings, sessions and access keys, connected Gmail and Google Calendar accounts (their access is revoked at Google), project memberships and invitations, and your game progress (level, streaks, inventory, leagues, kudos). Any paid subscription is canceled at once. Your data is also wiped from the device you delete from.

What is kept

Shared projects you own are handed to their longest-standing editor (or another member) so your teammates keep their work; tasks you created in shared projects stay in those projects, and your comments show as “Deleted user”. Payment records required by accounting law are kept without your account. Server backups roll over within 30 days.

No access to the app?

Use the web app at app.prior.constantsuchet.fr. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. If you still cannot sign in, contact the operator from the email address of the account and ask for deletion.
